About Phase Con

Phase Con was formed in 1989 and provides professional asbestos and mold consulting/testing services to the western slope of Colorado.  The full range of asbestos consulting services are provided; including building inspections, air monitoring, project designs and project management.  Mr. Douglas Close, the Senior Consultant, brings more than 30 years of experience to every project.  Phase Con has consulted in all types of buildings: residential, commercial, schools and government facilities.  We specialize in honesty, common sense, and straight forward answers.
